RALEIGH, NC (April 6, 2017) – The Downtown Raleigh Alliance (DRA) will recognize nine development projects and their developers at this year’s State of Downtown Raleigh event. The Imprint Awards highlight new construction and rehabilitation projects completed in 2016 that significantly contributed to the identity of downtown. The Imprint Award winners are:

These developments are just part of the development boom currently underway in downtown Raleigh.  In fact, there is $1.5 billion of development recently delivered, under construction, or planned in downtown.

Join us on Tuesday, April 25 for the State of Downtown event at the Raleigh Convention Center as we honor these developments and reveal our findings from the 2017 State of Downtown Raleigh report. The report details current market trends impacting the economy in downtown Raleigh including key demographics, data, and future projections. The event will conclude with a panel discussion among experts and thought leaders in downtown from various asset classes, discussing the economy and dynamics of downtown’s rapid growth.

Pre-registration is open online through Tuesday, April 18.  The cost is $20 for DRA members, $30 for non-members, and $35 at the door.
