Memorial Day Ceremony to Honor US Military personnel that died in World Wars and Conflicts. Ceremony will begin at 11:00 A.M. The Ceremony will have a five piece band, guest speaker, color guard detail, and the placing of the wreath at the base of the Military Memorial Monument and traffic circle(North End of the Capitol Building).
