Warehouse District

Characterized by its red brick warehouses, the Warehouse District has transformed into a vibrant mix of art museums, restaurants, destination retail, technology firms, and transit-oriented development with the opening of Raleigh Union Station and The Dillon, a mixed use tower and residential development. The Warehouse District is home to Citrix, HQ Raleigh, The Dillon, Raleigh Union Station, and Morgan Street Food Hall, and Weaver Street Market - downtown's only grocery store. You'll find over 10 restaurants, 11 stores, six art galleries, and 81,000 square feet of retail space under construction.
